Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and experience in PV installations.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead warranty and service schedules.
• Coordinate labor with foreman and branch manager.
• Assist training of field technicians and onboarding new members.
• Meet/exceed field performance metrics such as turnaround time and dispatches.
