Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work for residential solar and storage systems. You will work with the Field Service team and site crews to ensure timely, quality performance across projects and customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience, PV design or PV electrical experience preferred, and a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with Foreman and Branch Manager for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team.
• On-board and train new members of the field performance team.
• Meet or exceed defined field performance KPIs, including turnaround time and dispatches.
