Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources with foreman and supervisor for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to train the local field service team on best practices.
