Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work. You will work with the Field Service/O&M teams and interact with customers, branch leadership, and centralized scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality service.

You should have 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience, with PV design or PV electrical knowledge preferred; a high school diploma is required. The role involves hands-on installation tasks and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsabilités

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate with Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new field performance team members.
• Exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs including turnaround time, experience rating and dispatches.
