Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work within our Field Service/O&M team in California.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and Electrical Foreman to allocate labor, supervise training, and drive safety and quality on installations and inspections. The role requires 1–3 years of solar construction experience, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources to service/warranty projects with Foreman and Manager.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to train the local field service team.
