Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty tasks within the Field Service team. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and Electrical Foreman to schedule labor, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality solar work.

Requires 1–3 years of solar or field construction experience, a High School diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You will train teammates, support onboarding, and strive to meet KPI goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects with supervision.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to train the local field service team.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Exceed field performance KPI goals (turnaround time, experience rating, dispatches).
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
