Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work, coordinating with the Field Service team and customers. The role supports scheduling, training, and KPI achievement across field operations.

The position requires 1–3 years of solar experience, a high school diploma, and possibly a state electrical license. Strong safety, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects as needed.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Support the onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team.
• Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs including turnaround time, experience rating and dispatches.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
