Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred
• High School diploma required

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources for service and warranty projects with supervision.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align field service best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new field performance team members.
• Aim to exceed field performance KPIs like turnaround time and dispatches.
