Job summary

Sunrun in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work as part of our Field Service team. You will interact with the Branch Manager, Electrical Foreman, and Construction Supervisor to coordinate labor and ensure high-quality results.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar or field construction experience, a high school diploma, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects as needed.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Support the onboarding and training of new members of the field performance team.
• Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs including but not limited to turnaround time, experience rating and average dispatches completed.
• Assist with other tasks including inspections and site audits when assigned.
