Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and complete service and warranty work for solar installations across our Sunrun Field Service team.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, Electrical Foreman, and the Field Service team to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality results. This role requires 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to train the local field service team.
• Support the on-boarding and training of new members of the field performance team.
• Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs including turnaround time and dispatches.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
