Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Work with supervisors to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new field team members.
• Regularly exceed defined field performance KPIs including turnaround time and dispatches.
