Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking Field Performance Technicians to manage service and warranty work alongside the Performance O&M team. You will interact with customers, the Branch Manager, and the Senior Electrical Foreman to ensure timely completion of service tasks and safe solar interconnections.

The role requires 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience, a valid driver’s license, and a working knowledge of NEC codes. A journeyman certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate with foreman and manager to allocate labor resources.
• Train and develop Field Service Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Exceed KPIs and dispatch metrics.
• Assist with inspections and site audits.
