Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician in the United States. You will manage service and warranty work for solar systems, coordinate with the Field Service Team and Branch Manager, and ensure safety and quality in every visit.

The role requires 1–3 years in field construction or solar work, strong NEC knowledge, and solid communication skills. A clean driving record and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1-3 years field construction or solar experience.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve solar warranty and service issues for modules, inverters, monitoring and BOS.
• Investigate and document roof leaks with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve redline issues.
• Receive, update and complete Field Service Dispatches in Salesforce.
• Ensure timely completion of service and warranty work with safety and customer satisfaction focus.
• Develop processes and skills for residential PV service work toward advanced roles.
