Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work for residential solar systems. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, Senior Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and the Field Service Team to ensure safe, quality results and timely dispatch completion.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of field solar experience, a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record.
• Electrical Journeyman certification/license preferred.
• Must be 21+ with ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve solar warranty and service issues.
• Investigate roof leaks with documentation and photos.
• Receive, update and complete Field Service Dispatches in Salesforce.
• Ensure timely completion of service and warranty work with safety and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Engineering to resolve redline issues.
