Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work within the Field Service team, coordinating resources and aligning with the Branch Manager and Foreman to ensure timely completion.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar/field construction experience, NEC knowledge, strong communication, safety focus, and ability to work on rooftops and outdoors. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Work with Foreman and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team.
• Assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
