Job summary

Accenture plc in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster and geography. Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
Minimum 5+ years selling into large enterprises.
Minimum 6+ months selling AI-native software products.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Own annual software sales target for an assigned product cluster and market.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline; maintain forecast accuracy in the CRM.
Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-suite buyers.
Negotiate terms with legal and deal desk.
Coordinate pre-sales resources and partner networks.
Attend industry events and follow up within five business days.
Coach and onboard partner sales teams; run partner reviews.
