Accenture is seeking an Associate Director of Software Sales in New York to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinate with client account teams and partners, and drive renewal strategies to grow the installed base.

You will manage a small team, engage C-suite buyers, and shape the go-to-market approach, including pricing and packaging, to win seven-figure deals in a dynamic AI-enabled software portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles in a matrixed environment.
• Experience selling into large enterprises across verticals.
• Experience selling AI-native software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the annual software sales target (TCV) for an assigned product cluster and market.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline to ensure full coverage of the annual sales plan.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with C‑suite buyers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts in coordination with legal and deal desk.
• Drive sole-source and renewal strategies to protect and grow the installed base.
• Collaborate with client account teams and direct client interactions to originate opportunities.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy including pricing and market segment prioritisation.
