Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Associate Director, Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue accountability for an assigned product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinating with client account teams and a network of partners to position and sell our software portfolio.

You will also manage a small team of sales professionals and drive pipeline, forecasting, and optimizing go-to-market strategies across licensing, SaaS, maintenance, and services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a closely related commercial role.
• 8+ years experience selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, license and managed service models.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas, preferably $5M or more ARR.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated experience selling AI-native software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue accountability for an assigned product cluster and geography.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through close with C-suite buyers.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners for pipeline origination and co-selling.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small team of sales professionals and manage weekly pipeline and forecast reporting.
