Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Software Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years leading agile software teams.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team day to day and manage sprint ceremonies.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Director of Software Development, PM, and R&D on architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive implementation of CI/CD and testing best practices.
• Ensure integration between cloud services, Telematics data, and edge devices.
