Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Software Engineering Manager 2 – SW Lead to lead a 10-20 person team onsite in San Diego, CA or Grand Sky, ND, guiding full software development and test life cycle in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with multiple domains and apply Agile metrics to ensure on-time delivery while reporting to Enterprise SW IPT Lead and Software Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 9+ years in software development or Master’s with 7+ years.
• Experience leading Agile teams and participating as Product Owner or SCRUM Master.
• Experience with full SDLC and real-time software integration and testing.
• Proficiency in Java, C, C++, Python; familiarity with VxWorks, Real-time Linux.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret clearance and program access.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20 through full software development and test life cycle in Agile.
• Collaborate with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Test Automation and DevSecOps to meet objectives.
• Implement Agile techniques and metrics to manage progress and quality.
