Job summary

ANA, based in Henderson, Nevada, seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and manage key operational systems. You will drive project timelines, CR/ECO workflows, and ERP configuration in Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure on-time launches across cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and operations, with a fully on-site schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to R&D leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive project management in product development, engineering, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Direct hands-on experience configuring product data, BOMs, and ECOs in Business Central (or similar ERP).
• Deep understanding of NPI processes, ECO/CR workflows, and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NPI project schedules for engineering, including gate reviews and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the central operational liaison between Engineering and the program team.
• Manage CRs and ECOs across product lines and coordinate changes through review to release.
