ANA in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Senior Software Manager to lead the software development team onsite. You will partner with the Director of Software Development, stakeholders, PM, and R&D to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in an agile environment.

The role requires 10+ years of software development and 5+ years leading agile teams, with strong skills in Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and modern development stacks including Python, Typescript, React, MQTT, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years software development experience.
• 5+ years leading agile software teams.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with Python, pytest, Postman, Typescript, React, MQTT, AWS RDS, AWS IoT Core, Modbus, TCP-IP networking, Canbus/J1939.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team day to day in an onsite Henderson, NV environment.
• Define software tasking and delivery schedule with Director and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and sprint deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Drive Agile adoption (Scrum/Kanban) across the team.
• Oversee CI/CD, testing, and end-to-end validation; ensure cloud, telematics, and edge integration.
