RevStar is seeking a senior Software Development Lead to act as a player-coach and technical standard-bearer across our practice. You will raise the quality bar through hands-on code contribution, architectural governance, developer enablement, and reusable accelerators.

As an AI-first innovation shop and AWS Advanced Tier Partner, you will collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA leads to ensure technical solutions match product intent, business outcomes, and emerging cloud

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with a track record of driving technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS APIs, and cloud-native AWS architectures.

• Lead by example by writing high-quality production code, conducting code reviews, and solving complex architectural challenges across client engagements.
• Establish, document, and enforce modern engineering standards for ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS cloud-native systems.
• Participate in governance to define CI/CD, testing, security, and observability best practices.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams using approved tool registries to accelerate development velocity.
• Partner with Product Managers, DevOps, and QA leads to align technical solutions with product goals.
