Ideal candidates have 12+ years in software engineering with leadership in HR/Finance tools like Workday, MuleSoft integrations, and strong Agile leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering & operations with leadership in Finance and HR systems such as Workday/Peoplesoft/Oracle EBS in end-to-end Hire to Retire or Finance processes.
• Strong understanding of engineering management principles, including team leadership, performance management and talent development.
• Experience managing vendor partners and teams including contractors.

Responsibilities

• Hire and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Drive best practices in software engineering, Agile methods, and CI/CD.
• Champion MuleSoft and Workday integrations for Finance and HR domains.
• Oversee test automation strategies for Integrations and Workday modules.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
• Occasional travel to support multi-time zone teams.
