Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior software engineering leader to manage a team responsible for IT applications supporting Finance and HR systems. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR to scale our platforms. Strong background in Workday/HR systems and integrations is essential.

You will champion best practices, manage vendor relationships, and drive test automation and integration efforts across global teams. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering & operations, with leadership in Finance and HR systems.
• Strong engineering management principles: leadership, performance management, talent development.
• Experience with vendor partners and contractors.
• Experience with Workday HCM/Financial Transformation or HR/Finance processes.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
