Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior engineering leader to manage the IT Application Engineering and Operations team. You will oversee end-to-end delivery for tools and apps supporting Finance and HR systems, collaborating across IT, Finance, and HR to scale and improve platforms.

You will hire, mentor, and guide engineers, champion best practices, and drive integration efforts with MuleSoft and Workday. Global teams and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering & operations with leadership in Finance/HR systems.
• Strong engineering management principles: leadership, performance mgmt, talent development.
• Experience managing vendor partners and extended contractor teams.
• Project delivery experience in Workday HCM/Financial Transformation.
• Experience in HR or Finance domains and multiple integration technologies.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Workday integrations; global team leadership.
• A related technical degree is required and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Drive best practices in software engineering and CI/CD.
