Job summary

Salesforce seeks a talented, senior engineering leader to manage the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations team. You will oversee end-to-end management of tools, systems, and applications supporting Finance and HR (Employee Success) at scale.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance and HR to drive delivery, scale, and efficiencies, leading a globally distributed team with vendors and contractors. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering & operations.
• Experience with Workday/Peoplesoft/Oracle EBS.
• Leadership in Hire to Retire and Finance HR processes.
• Experience managing vendor partners and teams globally.
• Strong communication and agile/scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and retain top engineering talent.
• Lead and mentor software engineers for delivery.
• Define project scopes, timelines, resources.
• Drive best practices in engineering, Agile, CI/CD.
• Champion MuleSoft and Workday integrations.
• Oversee test automation for integrations and Workday.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and updates.
• Occasional travel.
