Job summary

Salesforce seeks a seasoned engineering leader to manage the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations team. You will oversee end-to-end tools, systems, and applications supporting Salesforce Finance and HR (Employee Success) systems, collaborating across IT, Finance, and HR to scale growth.

You will hire and mentor engineers, drive project delivery, and implement best practices in agile, testing, and integrations with Workday and MuleSoft across global time zones.

Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years in software engineering & operations with leadership experience.
Experience leading teams in Finance and HR systems (Workday/PeopleSoft/Oracle EBS) in end-to-end Hire to Retire or Finance processes.
Strong engineering management principles: leadership, performance management, talent development.

Responsibilities
