You will oversee architecture, development, testing and delivery of software across geographies, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality releases while guiding staff growth and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall Software Development experience using Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years developing microservices with Python/Java (Spring Boot).
• 3+ years leading distributed multi-site/remote software teams.
• 3+ years in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• 2+ years cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 1+ years experience with Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI web-services.
