Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with Agile
• 5+ years in microservices with Python/Java Spring Boot
• 3+ years leading distributed remote teams
• 3+ years containerization with Kubernetes/Docker
• 2+ years cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• 1+ years AI frameworks and generative AI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Specialty pharmacy software and assets
• Assess and improve software engineering practices for efficiency and quality
• Guide and mentor engineering teams across multiple geographies
• Handle people management including hiring, performance reviews, and career growth
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology partners on delivery roadmaps
• Coordinate onshore and offshore staffing via vendor partnerships
• Drive long-term tech strategy with a focus on healthcare technology trends
• Travel up to 10% within the United States as needed
