Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience using Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of development of microservices using Python, Java (Spring Boot).
• 3+ years leading distributed multi-site/remote software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of containerization experience (Kubernetes, Docker).
• 2+ years of cloud platforms experience (GCP preferred).
• 1+ years of experience with AI frameworks and generative AI based web services/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, foundational framework and development of Specialty pharmacy products and related tech assets.
• Assess software engineering practices, drive continuous improvement, improve operational efficiency and time to market.
• Lead engineering teams, mentoring them in implementing solutions across multiple platforms.
• People management including hiring, performance management and career growth through coaching.
• Build relationships with Business, Product and Technology partners to support delivery roadmap.
• Coordinate with vendors to build contingent onshore/offshore staffing.
• Develop long-term strategy based on emerging healthcare and technology trends.
• Travel up to 10% within the United States as needed.
