Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience in Agile environments.
• 5+ years building microservices with Python/Java (Spring Boot).
• 3+ years leading distributed, remote engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Specialty Pharmacy tech assets.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, time to market and quality.
• Manage engineering teams with coaching and career development.
