Job summary

CRC Group seeks an experienced IT leader to plan and direct software engineering services for multiple lines of business. You will set the vision, standards, and ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions aligned with strategic goals.

The role interfaces with senior executives to secure investment, drive innovative, cost-effective software and risk-mitigated programs. Strong leadership and budget accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience managing software engineers and systems analysts.
• 5 years’ relevant business experience (tech decisions on business side).
• 5 years’ experience with budget responsibilities.
• Executive level communications skills (negotiation/facilitation).
• Knowledge of current and emerging application software products/tools.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the assigned work area in alignment with business strategy.
• Broker and direct design, engineering, and implementation of application software solutions.
• Maintain risk controls and assure mitigation plans across projects.
• Lead staff development, performance management, and process improvements.
• Interface with senior executives to develop enterprise IT strategic plans.
