Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leading projects or managing directs.
• 7+ years using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka on cloud platforms to build/deploy and maintain software.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams without direct authority with stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• 3+ years defining technology strategy and adoption of AI/ML, cloud services, automation.
• Strong expertise in cloud, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, modern practices.

Responsibilities

• Own risk mitigation and production stability with RCA and timely resolution.
• Oversee SDLC with secure coding practices and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infra, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation via proofs-of-concept.
