Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading projects.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka and cloud platforms.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
• 3+ years defining technology strategy, AI/ML adoption, and automation.
• Strong expertise in cloud, distributed systems, APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own risk mitigation, production stability, root-cause analysis and downtime reduction.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC with secure coding and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Infrastructure and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation through proofs-of-concept.
