Job summary

Cooperative Response Center (CRC) is seeking a Software Development & Support Manager to lead a high‑performing team responsible for CRCLink and enterprise applications. You will drive development, enhancements, and support while aligning projects with timelines and budgets.

You’ll guide architecture, security, and reliability across critical community communications systems and collaborate with leaders, utilities, and vendors to deliver innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years of software development experience.
Three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SDLC, application architecture, databases, and modern development methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Developers, Software Engineers, and Programmers.
Drive the development, enhancement, and support of CRCLink and other enterprise applications.
Guide projects from concept through implementation while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track.
Champion secure, reliable, and scalable software development practices.
Partner with business leaders, utility members, and vendors to turn business needs into innovative technology solutions.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance applications, processes, and development tools.
Help shape CRC's technology strategy as a member of the Management Team.
