Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with leadership in systems and development teams.
• Proven ERP/CRM lifecycle experience and strong architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication to translate tech for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned to business objectives and budget.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and custom applications across full lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals including developers and QA.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product Support as tech advisor.
• Drive modernization, transformation, and adoption of innovations.
