Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team focused on Salesforce-driven, cloud-native solutions. You will shape technical strategy across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs, aligning architecture with business goals and driving scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, and Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Background in full-stack or backend development (Java/Node.js/Python) and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via middleware or cloud-native services.
• Direct experience delivering solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Marketing/Outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture and scalable integration designs.
• Lead development of modern solutions beyond CRM with microservices and API strategies.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, environment management, and security/compliance across ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Leadership to translate strategy into tech deliverables.
