Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers focused on CRM and cloud-native solutions. You will drive technical vision, architecture, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs, shaping scalable, integrated systems.

You will oversee modern tech stacks, APIs, data pipelines, and automation, working with Product, Security, and Compliance to deliver high-quality, secure software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading or developing engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud).
• Background in full-stack or backend development (Java, Node.js, Python, microservices, REST/GraphQL, databases).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise apps using MuleSoft, Workato, or cloud-native services.
• Direct experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Telesales, Marketing automation, or Outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.
• Oversee the Salesforce Core Architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of scalable microservices, event-driven middleware, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data integration pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel contact center integrations.
