Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a skilled team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape the technical strategy, oversee CRM architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, and drive scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in team leadership within Agile, cloud-first environments.
- Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Marketing Cloud).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (MuleSoft/Workato) or cloud APIs.
Responsibilities
- Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture including Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Lead modern software solutions beyond CRM, including microservices and APIs.
- Drive DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
