Fuze Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to advance the pharmacy experience and patient outcomes. You will help design and build scalable backend services that power prescription processing and billing configurations across partners.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in high-volume systems, strong Rails/TypeScript/JavaScript and PostgreSQL, and a track record of architectural leadership and mentoring in a healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in progressive software engineering in high-volume production.
• Core Technologies: Deep background in Backend or Full Stack within Rails/TS/JS and PostgreSQL.
• System Design: Architect complex, maintainable, scalable systems.
• Technical Fundamentals: Strong fundamentals for high-volume, resilient systems.
• Quality & Best Practices: Code style, documentation, reviews, and production issue mitigation.
• Mindset: Relentless pursuit of impact through work.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend/full-stack features powering prescription processing and billing workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for partners.
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor peers in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.
• Contribute to SOA design and integrate ML initiatives where applicable.
