Job summary
Fuze Health, a leader in digital health, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve the pharmacy experience and automate prescription processing from intake to fulfillment. You will join the Care Team to build scalable systems and drive high-throughput workflows that support partners, pharmacies, and providers.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, expertise in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, and a proven track
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in progressive software engineering in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
- Deep background in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building high-volume, resilient systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend and frontend services for FuzeRx and prescription processing.
- Collaborate to improve pharmacy experience and automation.
- Design scalable architectures for high-throughput systems.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
