Fuze Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve patient experiences by enhancing prescription processing and pharmacy workflows. You will tackle high-volume systems, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive software engineering in a high-volume production environment.
• Core Technologies: Deep background in Backend or Full Stack with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
• System Design: Architect complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Technical Fundamentals: Strong fundamentals and experience building high-volume, resilient systems.
• Quality & Best Practices: Proven track record of code quality, documentation, reviews, and production issue mitigation.
• Mindset: Relentless in pursuing impact through your work.
