Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve the pharmacy experience by building scalable backend services and ML-enabled workflows. You will join a patient-first team focused on prescription processing from intake to fulfillment.

The role emphasizes Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL expertise, with a track record of high-volume, reliable systems and strong design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering in high-volume production.
• Deep background in Rails, TS/JS, PostgreSQL.
• Experience building predictive ML models.
• Architect complex, maintainable, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment quickly and accurately via automation and coordinated manual steps.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for their use cases.
