Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to join a team improving patients’ lives via a better pharmacy experience. You will own core services powering prescription intake to fulfillment, enabling partners to tailor billing, benefits, and clinical workflows at scale.

The role emphasizes backend or full-stack work with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, plus experience building resilient, high-volume systems and predictive ML models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building high-volume, resilient systems.
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL; Python is valued for ML initiatives.
• Experience building and integrating predictive ML models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment efficiently using automation and coordinated manual tasks when needed.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for various use cases.
