Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve patients’ lives through a better pharmacy experience. You will own services that manage prescription intake and processing up to fulfillment with our partner pharmacies.

You’ll work on high-impact projects spanning automation, data input from prescriptions, and billing/clinical workflows, mentoring engineers and shaping scalable, reliable systems in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive software engineering in high-volume production environments.
• Core technologies: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
• System design: architecting complex, scalable systems.
• Quality: code reviews, documentation, bug fixing, production issue mitigation.
• Mindset: impact-driven with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own services powering prescription intake and processing up to fulfillment.
• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment quickly via automation and coordination.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows.
• Architect an extensible inventory management platform to enable growth.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software development.
