Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to join a team improving patients’ lives through a better pharmacy experience. The Care Team owns the services that manage all of prescription processing from intake up to the moment we send an order to our pharmacies for fulfillment.

The key focus areas for our engineers include preparing prescriptions for fulfillment, enabling business growth with configurable billing, and ML initiatives to drive accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in a high-volume production environment.
• Core technologies: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL.
• System design: architecting complex, maintainable, scalable systems.
• Qualifications: strong fundamentals, code quality, thorough documentation, and production issue mitigation.
• Mindset: relentless focus on impact and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own services powering prescription intake and processing.
• Collaborate to improve workflow efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
