Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to improve the patient experience in prescription processing. You will develop high-volume backend and full-stack services, integrating ML-driven enhancements and scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with Care Team and partners to optimize intake automation, pharmacist workflows, and clinical safety checks, while contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Experience with backend or full stack technologies including Rails, TS/JS, and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in architecting complex, maintainable, scalable systems.
• Experience building predictive ML models is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment and delivery efficiently, combining automation and manual steps when needed.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for their use cases.
• Contribute to projects that improve intake automation using ML and enhance pharmacist workflows.
• Own and design scalable services powering prescription intake, processing, and fulfillment.
