Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
• System Design: ability to architect complex, maintainable, scalable systems.
• Strong fundamentals and experience building high-volume, resilient systems.
• Commitment to engineering best practices: documentation, reviews, bug fixes, incident mitigation.
• Growth mindset and ownership in delivering impact.
