Job summary

Serco Inc. invites applications for a Senior Level Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will develop software engineering strategies and translate requirements into system solutions for weapon systems and support equipment.

The role requires recent hands-on software development, SAP experience within the last 8 years, and a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Masters or Bachelor’s in engineering with DoD/DoD contractor experience (10+ or 15+ years).
• Minimum 3 years SAP experience within last 8 years.
• Recent hands-on software development or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop software engineering strategies for weapon systems and related subsystems.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements and design software for computer systems.
• Audit DoD contractor software deliveries and verify quality controls.
• Review system design and interoperability requirements; evaluate test plans and data.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; support full range of program documentation.
